Meet Mike Mirabella, our chief operating officer. His journey to Level Legal began … just outside of New York City. Even at five years old, he demonstrated his organizational skills by taking it upon himself to clean the kindergarten classroom sinks and maintain tidy play areas every day. It’s no surprise that he is dedicated to creating the systems and processes needed to give our customers the best service in the industry.
Fast-forward to today: Mike has more than four decades of leadership experience in various industries, including hospitality, automotive, software, and (of course) legal services. Gifted with great passion and boundless energy, he has a talent for overcoming obstacles to get outstanding results.
Mike’s zest for life is mirrored in his interests and skills, ranging from music and photography to shooting sports and training different dog breeds. Nothing brings him greater joy than sharing an Italian meal with family and friends on his Texas ranch.
